Pederson Recognized by IAHSA

Eide & Heisinger lobbyist John Pederson was recognized by the Iowa Association of Homes and Services for the Aging at its Spring Conference on May 5th, 2010.

This award is presented to an individual that has made an exemplary contribution to senior service policies within the State of Iowa or at the national level. The contribution made by this candidate must be positive and impressive with regard to the statewide or regional impact that the contribution had on senior services in Iowa. Contributions include, but are not limited to, improvements in public policy, quality of service, financial support, or general understanding of the needs of seniors in Iowa.

Eide Awarded Max Shelton Friend of Physical Therapy Award


The board of directors of the Iowa Physical Therapy Association (IPTA) recognized Matt Eide as the recipient of the 2009 Max Shelton Friend of Iowa Physical Therapy Award.

The IPTA presents the Max Shelton Award annually to a non-physical therapist who has made a significant contribution to the Iowa physical therapy profession.  Eide has lobbied for the Iowa Physical Therapy Association since 2004.

The award was presented to Eide at a ceremony in Ames on April 18, 2009.
